Returns and refunds

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to request a return

Email hello@thecndboutique.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Once approved, CND Boutique LLC will provide the return address and shipping instructions. Do not send returns to the wholesale supplier or ship items back before receiving approval.

Complete return-address details, including the unit number, will be provided after your return is approved. Please do not ship items before receiving approval.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, including size or fit preferences. If we provide a prepaid label, its cost will be disclosed before you accept it and deducted from your refund. CND Boutique LLC covers return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact hello@thecndboutique.com promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights concerning damaged, defective, or incorrect items, or any rights required by applicable law.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, request a return and place a separate order for the replacement. Availability is limited to current stock.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it. Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact hello@thecndboutique.com.

European Union orders

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, subject to applicable law. Contact hello@thecndboutique.com for assistance.
